Satria GTi VS Satria Mivec 1.6L..
2 cars with high reputation among malaysian boy-racer. baru2 ni ade rakan saje2 test power kete diorg.
The Gti(4G93P) only have about 140bhp@6000rpm at flywheel and 165nm@4000rpm whereas the 1.6(4G92) have an advantage of 170bhp@7200rpm& 160nm@6000rpm. the 1.6L also have a slight weight advantage, courtesy from 1.3L chassis.(notes that this is only a drag test, the GTi will surely tapau the 1.6L in wind roads).
both cars use standard parts, but both use exerdy racing clutches, with similar exhaust modification.
1st gear..both cars launch and leveled head 2 head( maybe because the GTi full-use of its early-reach torque where the 1.6L only depend on its high-rev horsepower)..2nd gear, the 1.6L start to slide further and after 300m, it is full 2 car length-1.6 ahead.
The GTi would beat it after the 1.6L reach its 185kmh speed-cut(in fourth!!) with its 210kmh on-paper top speed.
